One Of Two Villas

Villa Jasmine and Villa Malee are our two completely independent villas. Each can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. Being built next-door to each other, the villas can allow for a combined group of upto 16 guests. This website focuses on Villa Jasmine.

General Details

Villa Jasmine has four large en-suite bedrooms, a private pool, indoor and outdoor poolside seating, modern kitchen with appliances, indoor dining areas, comfortable lounge, private driveway with a gated entrance.

Bedroom Configuration

Villa Jasmine has four en-suite bedrooms. 3 x double bedrooms, and 1 x twin room (two single beds). The single beds can be pushed together to make a double-bed if required.

Baby Cots

If you have any infants that require baby cots, please let us know in advance so that they can be ready for your arrival.

Spare Bedding

For groups that have been accepted with more than eight guests, extra bedding will be provided.

Villa Jasmine has an open plan lounge with sofas, tv, coffee table etc.

Swimming Pool

If you want to keep your your children in line of sight, you can do that directly from the lounge due to the large open doorway.

Internet & WiFi

Complimentary high-speed Fibre Internet is shared through WiFi access points. Signal is usually best in the lounge, dining and poolside areas.

Kitchen & Meals

Food & Beverage

Villa Jasmine has a private chef to prepare your Thai and Western meals to your preferences. As you're settling in, our Villa Manager will explain to you how to select or request your meals for breakfast, lunch and evening dinner. This is a good time to let our staff know about any allergies or other special dietary requirements that apply to your group.

Our service to you includes a daily complimentary American, Western or Thai breakfast for everyone in your group.

BBQ!

If you fancy a barbeque, let our staff know in good time so that they can collect all the fresh seafood, meats, etc in good time. Our staff will cook for you, or, you can take charge and run the BBQ yourself!

Snacks, Beers, Wines, etc

Let our staff know what you would like to be present in the villa during your stay. They will collect the items to make sure they're available and you can pay for them as ordered, or at the end of your stay (everything is recorded and receipted).

Kitchen

We have a large modern kitchen with all the applicances that you need for a very comfortable stay. If you want to cook anything for yourself, you'll feel right at home!

Swimming Pool

The infinity edge swimming pool with a water-jets jacuzzi has great views over Kata and receives some awesome sunsets.

Children Friendly

There's a separate children's pool at the side of the main pool.

Safety

With infants in mind, we have some safety fencing which can be placed around the swimming pool to help prevent any mishaps. If you need the fence putting up, our staff will do it for you.

Guest Service

Fully Staffed

Villa Jasmine is fully staffed and comprises of Villa Manager, Chef, Room Maid and Gardener. There are usually 2-4 discrete staff around the villa at any given time. Our English-speaking villa manager ensures your stay is always a pleasant one. Our staff organise everything you need from meals to local daytrips.

Assistance

It's your holiday, and we want you to have a great one! Our first assist will be with your complimentary airport transfer, direct to our villa. Our villa manager will greet you and introduce you to the staff and the villa's facilities. Tours and excursions are available for selection in the villa and can be booked directly with our villa manager. Transfers to and from the local beach, shops, restaurants etc, are all easily organised for you.

Baby Sitting

Our staff are there to look after you and the villa, but we understand that parents need a break too! Ask our staff if they're available to baby sit while you go on a night out, and give them a little reward for their additional service and everyone's happy!

Our villa is protected by large lockable gates.

As you can see, there are two gates with two different driveways. One is for Villa Jasmine and the other is for Villa Malee.
