Totally satisfied
We were totally satisfied with Brian’s place, they have so helpful and supportive staff that you do not need to worry about nothing. Noi, the hostess, take care of every daily task and is ready to give you the best insights about every activity on the island. Amazing view from the pool, you can watch even more amazing sunsets from the terrace. On top of everything they can cook for you upon request and the food is super delicious. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

A Great Holiday
We had a great holiday. We were in the house for 14 days and from the moment we arrived until we left, we felt like we were at home. Everything from the ladies in the house to our regular tuk tuk driver became part of the family. We've had several people who have been recommended by Brian. Including excursion with 5 star marine. We would go back again tomorrow if we only had more vacation days 😁

Beyond Perfect
This Villa was beyond perfect for me and my family! Brian emailed me everything I needed to know about the Villa months in advance and organized round trip airport transfer for us. The Villa manager, Noi, was amazing and so friendly. She really went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. She organized dinner for us, helped us order taxis, and was so prompt at answering our questions. She even messaged me to make sure we made it home safely after our trip. The rest of the staff were lovely and made sure we had everything we needed, but also gave us privacy. I can’t say enough good things, definitely recommend if looking for a relaxing getaway in Phuket! Everything was perfect! Thank you again for hosting at your gorgeous villa!

A Great Home away from Home
Villa Jasmine was a great home away from home. Brian was very responsive with my many questions before the trip started and provided great suggestions for tours and local activities. From the minute we arrived Noi and her team made us feel welcome and at home. The accommodations were comfortable and the outside area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the pool. The place was clean and well maintained. The staff went above and beyond throughout our stay. They prepared delicious meals tailored to our preferences and were always attentive to our needs. A special thank you to them for making my birthday truly memorable with thoughtful decorations and a beautiful cake—it was such a heartfelt surprise. One note for future guests: while the beach is nearby, walking there isn’t ideal due to a busy road and lack of sidewalks. We found it easiest and safest to drive. I wholeheartedly recommend Villa Jasmine.

We stayed at Villa Malee (3 adults mid 40's) for six nights in November 2025. The Villa has everything you could wish for plus more. The pool is great, very clean with a jacuzzi corner. The beds are incredibly comfortable and huge, and each room has a lovely shower room attached. The master even has a jacuzzi bath. Every room has a fan, air conditioning and patio doors, and the rooms are very generous in size. There are books in every room to suit all tastes and despite being busy I still managed to read two. The staff are very discreet when they undertake their morning clean and evening turn-down of your room, it is a 5* experience.
The roof terrace is a wonderful place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. The whole Villa is spotlessly clean and the staff are angels. Kun Noi has excellent contacts who helped us arrange our trips and she is very knowledgeable about the area. Her communication before our stay was exceptional. The rest of the staff are incredible and make you feel truly cared for. They catered beautifully for our varied breakfast requests and also for the two dinners we had at the Villa. Our group included a vegetarian, someone with a mushroom allergy, someone with a nut allergy and a variety of likes and dislikes and everything was handled with ease.
The Villa has a folder with local recommendations. We visited the Soi Dog Foundation in the north of Phuket, which took about ninety minutes each way through flooded roads. We also visited the Hidden Elephant Sanctuary which took about thirty-five minutes each way. I would highly recommend it. It is run by a lady from Manchester with local staff and it is entirely ethical with no bathing or touching of the eight rescued elephants. Kun Noi helped us arrange these visits through her contact Otto who gave us a very good price with private transfers.
We also spent a day scuba diving with Scuba Nicks which was a very personal service. One of our group is a non-diver and felt so comfortable during her try dive that she surfaced with the most air left of all of us.
Villa Malee is about a fifteen-minute walk from local shops and places to eat and about thirty minutes from the nearest beach. You can also ask Kun Noi to arrange a tuk tuk. If you walk, please be aware of the busy road if you have young children or older relatives with you, and the initial hill you need to walk up and down (it is fine for generally fit adults).
On two evenings we had massages at the Villa. The therapists came to us, the prices were very reasonable, and they were among the best massages we had in Thailand. I would strongly recommend this, especially on your first or last night. Although we had other massages during our trip none had the same personal touch.
On one evening we had the most entertaining dinner with Brian (the owner) and his wife Prada, who regaled us with storied of Thailand past and present. It was our pleasure to meet the owner and once again the personal touch, without intrusion, was really welcome.
I would happily recommend Villa Malee, though a part of me would like to keep it as my own secret. I look forward to returning as soon as we can.

The most fabulous 5 weeks in Phuket
We've just had the most fabulous 5 weeks in Phuket with family and friends staying at Villa Jasmine and Villa Malee.
The hilltop setting under the iconic landmark Big Buddha provided a fabulous panorama looking out to Kata beach and the prevailing sea breezes were refreshing.
The infinity pools were a haven after days of golf, shopping and sightseeing.
The villas are comfortable, spacious and impeccably clean.
The manageress Khun Noi is in the know and can organise anything and everything you could possibly want. Whether it be in-house massages, fresh lobster, more drinks, medical supplies or a tuk tuk, nothing was too much trouble.
Our resident chef, Khun Arm, cooked up tasty culinary temptations from an even more tempting menu.
Khun Muay and the housekeeping team with their beaming smiles and attentive service took care of everything.
I highly recommend these villas to family and friends looking for a tropical getaway where you are spoilt from the moment you arrive.

Thank you for the wonderful stay at Villa Jasmine. I can't wait to return in the future. Set up high and away from the noisy buzz of the Kata and Karon areas, Villa Jasmine is the perfect place to retreat to if you need a break from work to recharge with friends or have a wonderful family holiday. I had stayed near Patong in the past and far prefer Kata, it's beaches and Kata Noi. I loved the restaurants and would recommend visiting to anyone who loves the idea of a holiday in beautiful Thailand.
Villa Jasmie is located a kilometer or two from the main shopping area and beaches and I loved to walk for exercise there in the morning and would often get a tuk tuk back which was about $10 Australian after doing a spot of ‘retail therapy' and buying a bottle of vino for the evening.
From the moment I arrived at Villa Jasmine (and Villa Malee was next door), I felt so welcomed and a huge effort had been made by Brian and his staff, so I felt comfortable and informed about the home and its traditional charm and beauty. Each room was so private and I could never hear anything from the other guests' rooms.
The meals included in my stay were the best Thai I've eaten and freshly prepared by a wonderful chef and villa staff. Imagine beautiful curries, salads, rice and noodle. The menu to select from was huge and could easily come from a restaurant! The staff even went to the effort of preparing the meals in an outside kitchen so as not to impact on the privacy and relaxation of the guests. Breakfasts were also totally delicious with all the best seasonal fruits, eggs prepared to your tastes, yoghurts, toasts, jams and beautiful juices.
In terms of my bedroom and bathroom, the size was wonderful, and everything was so clean and cool to return to after a warm day out exercising/shopping and exploring the local sights. I had my own desk and chair (essential for me to get a bit of work done), a huge bed and plenty of power points.
The cleanliness of the entire villa was immaculate. I never felt even one grain of sand under my feet and it's a very large space with multiple rooms and other friends staying also! There was even the convenience of a small mini-shop 20m down the road for essentials.
N.B. After recently staying at the Hilton in Hua Hin, the room was nowhere near as large and the bathroom also. I loved to be able to open a sliding door and let some fresh air in with my own mini outdoor area each evening. We also needed the air-conditioner to sleep at night, and they all worked so well and made sleeping a dream. There are also large ceiling fans in all rooms, if you prefer to sleep without aircon.
I also absolutely loved the sparkling pool at Villa Jasmine and especially in the evening where the warm winds and sunset views made every swim memorable, as well as the backdrop of greenery from the nearby mountain with green vegetation.
Everyone I met during my stay at Villa Jasmine was so warm and welcoming and would do anything to make your stay more enjoyable. A beautiful, relaxing Thai getaway!

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome of the staff. Their professionalism and willingness to assist with any inquiries set a positive tone for my stay. Our rooms were delightful. It was immaculate, featuring comfortable furnishings and a pleasing décor that made it feel like a home away from home. The amenities provided, such as the around-the-clock staff, personal chef, high-speed Wi-Fi, complimentary breakfast, and infinity pool to name a few, were greatly appreciated and added to the overall comfort.The Villa's location is another highlight, offering convenient access to the beach, restaurants, nightlife and shopping. This was particularly beneficial for my itinerary and contributed to a hassle-free stay. Moreover, the dining options were excellent. We had a wonderful stay at Villa Malee! Our trip was too short but the staff made us feel right at home. They were very accommodating to our requests of food choices and finding masseuses. The Villa Is Brilliant
The villa is brilliant. The pool, terrace, bedrooms, bathrooms etc are all better than the photos. Spotlessly clean and everything works perfectly. There is a sea view from the pool and terrace, great air conditioning, secure grounds and its less than a 5 minute tuk-tuk ride to Kata beach and resort.But what absolutely made our stay here was the people - the housekeeping staff are just incredible. Welcoming, kind, friendly, helpful and exceptional chefs! This villa was the highlight of our holiday in Thailand, and we did stay in other more expensive villas and hotels. Often a downside to a villa holiday with a large group (8 of us) is the constant food shopping, cooking and clearing up after a meal. Not at this villa. All this is done for you with a smile and genuine hospitality - nothing was too much trouble for Mauy and her team. Fantastic fresh food every time, from western breakfasts to thai dinners, every dish was superb.Having the support of the villa manger and her team gave us a sense of security and surety as they would help arrange taxis/tuk-tuks, recommend restaurants and generally be there to help with anything and everything. I can't recommend this property enough. Book it, you won't regret it.

Our 2 families had a fantastic stay, the staff at the villa were fantastic, so helpful and polite. We had several meals at the villa which were so delicious and amazing value, as other people had said - much cheaper than eating out. Noi and Otto were fantastic at helping us to book trips and everything was great with these too. Thanks to Noi, Muay and the rest of the staff for such an amazing stay and making many happy memories. MAGNIFICENT VILLA
Magnificent villa with amazing views of Kata beach. A great infinity pool showcasing said views across the area. The bedrooms are spacious with ensuites and aircon. My Most Popular Stay
Over the decades I have been to Thailand many times. My most popular stay without doubt is Villa Jasmine for excellent accommodation and service. Superb staff and food is next level. The in house management can organise anything from a tuk tuk to the beach or a day trip to the islands. Do yourselves a favour and stay at one of Brian's luxurious villas at a most affordable rate. Needless to say I will be back again.

wow ! what a week
Myself and my family recently spent a week at villa Jasmine. wow what a week it was. The villa was spotless, The views was amazing but above all the staff were so lovely, nothing we asked was too much. Every morning ,we woke up to a lovely breakfast. You can also request dinner to be cooked for the cost of the ingredients only, every dinner we ate at the villa was amazing. Better than the restaurants and much cheaper. The only disappointment was leaving, we should have booked for longer. We would 1000% recommend Villa Jasmine and we will definitely be returning.

Better than described
We have just returned from our 10 day holiday spent at Villa Jasmine. Everything at the villa is better than described and the photos do not do it justice. My family of 7 - 5 adults and 2 children (4&5) fell in love with it. The villa is kept spotless by the staff who are the friendliest, kindest people you will meet. They also did laundry for us that came back after a day and was pristine and the cost was minimal (I can't speak highly enough of them) and the food cooked and prepared by them to order was delicious and better value than any restaurant in Phuket. The pool area became our favourite place after hot days out and chill days at pool. The trips and house massages arranged by Khun Noi the house manager, were excellent and nothing was any trouble for her. If you don't have a car you will need to arrange transportation either via Noi or the Grab app both were very dependable and well priced. I will definitely be recommending Villa Jasmine to all our friends and family.

10 Days over Christmas and New Year
My family & I (pax 7) spent 10 days over Xmas & New Year at Villa Jasmine. In the run up to our stay the Villa Owner, Brian, not only answered all our queries. He provided additional information, support, suggestions & also contacts & bookings for places. Then during our stay, he continued with great assistance when required. (Note this was not really needed as his Villa manager Noi & her team were also fantastic.) Another added bonus for myself was that as a golfer Brian arranged for me to not only play golf but at a discount on 2 separate occasions. Noi & her team provided great food & ensured that our villa stay was great. The villa was always spotless & we wanted for nothing. We never needed anything from them which is testament to how good they all are. We all had a wonderful time & would highly recommend the villa to family & friends. I've stayed in a few villas over the years and almost all have something missing to make it amazing Well I have to say, this villa has everything. There's the obvious plus points - large bedrooms all with air con & ensuite, chefs & maids to cook & clean A beautiful clean, refreshing pool with a lovely view. A great location. But then there's the smaller things. Your requested groceries, on arrival Breakfast cooked for you daily, included in the price. Lunch or dinner cooked for you Every room spotlessly clean all of the time A free daily shuttle return to the beach. A full concierge service In-villa massages etc A large fridge freezer, chilled to the perfect temperatures. Drinking water and ice replenished so you never run out. High chair, cot, stair gate, all little things that go a long way. I could go on and on. You get the gist. This truly is a home from home. And the service is incredible. Such lovely staff. An Amazing Time
We had an amazing time at Brian's villa and only wished we would have stayed two weeks instead of one. The villa is impeccably kept and clean. Muoy and the rest of the ladies along with the grounds keeper were amazing. They were on top of everything but never intrusive. The ladies prepared not only delicious breakfast daily but cooked a few of our dinners including Thanksgiving's which was one of the best Thai dinners we've ever had. Their food was 10 times better than that of local restaurants and very affordable. Noi the house manager was very attentive, and Brian was very responsive of our inquiries and made excellent recommendations for day activities. We had some issues with personal laundry, but Brian took care of it immediately. I could not recommend Brian's place enough and would stay here again should we ever find ourselves back in Phuket. The memories we made here are priceless and will be cherished by us forever.

A PERFECT VILLA
Let this be the last home that you review. This was the PERFECT Airbnb. Perfect! First I'd like to mention the staff who took care of all 6 of us. They were amazing! We were treated like royalty! They waited outside every time we came into the gate. They also waited outside to see us off when we left. The breakfast every morning was filling and delicious! The prepared dinners were the highest quality! Plentiful, flavorful and presented beautifully every time. The home is beautiful! Spotless, warm and welcoming. The pool was always sparkling clear and just the right temp. Communication with Khun Noi was quick and responsive. We had to bug her quite a bit. I just can't say enough about the Villa. I can't think of any complaints to make except I wish we could have hung out and talked with the women to learn more about their culture. But obviously they were there to take care of us and stayed out of sight the majority of the time unless needed. Thank you for everything! We will be back! I highly recommend!

The 10-day vacation at Villa Malee was truly one of the best vacations of my life. The facilities were perfect, including convenient laundry service, my own restaurant that was delicious and cheaper than outside restaurants, and a clean and pleasant pool. The host provided us with a golf course membership reservation service, and not only provided us with various local information, but also helped us prepare a perfect birthday party. A tip for other travelers who want to use Villa Malee is to share your travel plans with the host, Brian, so that you can travel more conveniently and inexpensively. I recommend it.

We had a great stay at this Villa. The staff were amazingly accommodating and do their best to meet and exceed our requirements. The massages were wonderful and we greatly appreciate the arrangements. The only recommendation we have is the vendor the house manager suggested to assist with our tours and airport transfers. He was very responsive but pricey. We didn't use his service for any excursions.

Everything about this experience was 5 star! Our first trip to Phuket and Brian and his team were top notch. From communications prior to our stay, local recommendations and most of all the most capable and caring staff. Fabulous stay
We had a fabulous stay at Brian's Villa Jasmine in Phuket! The staff are fabulous, and the view from the pool spectacular. We enjoyed a lot of dinners made by Muay and her team and didn't venture out too much in the evenings - as the villa is quite a steep 25min walk from Kata beach. Tuk tuks are always available though, and Muay was always there to call one and sort it all out. A very relaxing break, thank you so much, we will be recommending to anyone heading to Phuket!

Amazing Stay
Had an amazing stay at Villa Malee. Stayed a week with 6 friends and we were looked after so well by Muay and her efficient team. The villa is beautifully set out with a crystal clear pool and comfortable furnishings. Its best to order a Tuk Tuk to get to the beach, which takes 10mins max. Muay will arrange that for you anytime. We had the local Massage ladies come to the house almost daily, which was a perfect end to the day. We also had a few meals at the villa which were very good. We ordered groceries, drinks etc all waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived. We had an extremely relaxing and trouble free stay. I would definitely recommend Villa Malee for a relaxing holiday in Phuket.

Bachelorette Party
We visited Villa Malee for our friend's bachelorette party. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy Phuket! Upon arrival we immediately felt like we were in paradise. Host interaction: We were a large family and communicated our number before booking with the host in advance. He was very responsive and gave us lots of tips on what to do in Phuket. Communication: Because the night of my stay was my official birthday, I communicated with the host in advance. He arranged balloons, banners and colourful tape, making the birthday more atmospheric. Hygene: The staff of the villa clean up the rooms every day, the villa is very clean, hygenic, and it is very comfortable to stay here. Unique highlights: The staff at the villa are very good cooks, and the portions of dishes are large, we booked the birthday banquet and Chinese New Year's Eve dinner on the day of check-in. The villa is large and the cost affordable. Location: Because we rented a car in Phuket, it is quite convenient to go everywhere. The villa will also arrange a free car transfer to kata beach, which is nearby, but if you choose to walk, it will feel much further in the hot sun.

The villa is really nice and very close to Kata beach. We stayed in the villa every day, soaking in the swimming pool, watching TV and chatting. Noi, the housekeeper, responded to every request and helped a lot. The maids tidy up and clean the villa every day without disturbing us. The chef cooks a lot of food, which is comparable to Northeastern cuisine. If you have the opportunity to travel with a large group, I recommend you stay here.

We have never stayed in a Villa on our previous trips but we will not hesitate to book again. Your team who looked after us whilst we there were so welcoming and accommodating. Muay is a fabulous cook. The welcome spread she prepared for us after a very long flight was much appreciated. The dinner we had while there was one of the best meals we had while in Phuket. We used Otto Tour and Travel to arrange several day trips and found his services to be exceptional. His drivers were always on time and the tours he recommended were great. We are having a lovely time
We stayed in Villa Malee in December 2023 for 3 nights. We had a fabulous stay there. The villa was well appointed with books, games, TVs, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable rooms. The villa also had a beautiful infinity edge pool. It was extremely relaxing dipping in the pool and enjoying the fantastic view of the sun descending into the Andaman Sea. There was also a beautiful viewing deck with great views of the Kata area. I enjoyed doing HIIT on the deck! The staff were attentive and provided fantastic service. They cooked a sumptuous breakfast and dinner for us each day. The location of the villa was superb. Close enough to Kata beach yet far from the maddening crowd. Brian was a superb host!

From dealing with the owner Brian he answered any questions right away and was so accommodating, to the house manager Noi who made you feel so welcome and made sure you had everything you needed, and then the amazing staff that took care of you like you always lived there. During our trip, 11 people had a very happy time at Villa Malee and Villa Jasmine. We booked both villas. The rooms were spacious. I would like to thank Khun Noi and the staff. They were very kind and kept the Villas very clean. We received better service than a hotel. Cleaning was done every day and towels were provided every day. The food prepared by the staff was better than other restaurants. The price was very reasonable and the portions were generous. I didn't know at first and ordered too much, but they even adjusted it because there was too much. Thank you Khun Noi. It was a very satisfying Phuket trip. Thanks to Brian. My family and I had a wonderful stay at Villa Malee. The villa was beautiful and comfortable, with plenty of space for all of us. We really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, private pool, and proximity to Kata Beach. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Although the villa was a short walk from the beach, we really enjoyed being up on the hillside. The views were beautiful and the air was so fresh and clean. It was also very peaceful and private compared to being right on the beach. The service was excellent - the staff were so thoughtful and attentive to our needs. The dinner provided was absolutely delicious. A highlight for us was the swimming pool, which we made good use of during our stay. Despite being a little away from the beach, the tranquil setting, top-notch service, tasty food, and pool made this a wonderful place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed Phuket and our experience at Villa Malee exceeded our expectations. We will happily recommend it to any friends or family looking for a high-quality villa accommodation near Kata Beach.

Our group of 8 adults occupied this magnificent villa very comfortably. The 4 assigned maids went above and beyond their duties, they were extremely courteous and unobtrusive and made delicious breakfasts every day 🍌🍍🥭🍎🥯🥞🥓🍳👌. Our concierge Kuhn Noi was a delight and organised a wonderful birthday lunch on our last day. Truly grateful to all for a fabulous stay. The best place in Phuket is the top deck of the villa (you'll see what I mean when you get there). The villa is built on quite a steep hillside, if walking to and from, you should have reasonable fitness. Golfers? Worth noting the villa's owner is a member of Red Mountain and Loch Palm Golf clubs. 🥂

Amazing Stay From Start to Finish
We have stayed in many vacation homes around the world, Villa Malee surpassed them all. Communication with Brian was excellent. Cannot say enough good things about the Staff. Some of the most kind and caring people you will ever meet. They all took such great care of us. Fabulous cooks! They were like little fairies that just seemed to know when you needed something and would magically appear. The Villa itself was immaculate in every way. Comfortable beds and lots of nice linens. Plenty of hot water with good pressure. The pool was crystal clear and cleaned each morning. Good location with short walk into town. However, taxis were cheap and quick to arrive. We appreciated the security safes found in each bedroom. Truthfully, never felt the need to use them, as we felt entirely secure with the staff. Highly recommend Brian's lovely home. You won't be sorry you stayed here. Thank you so much to Khun Noi, Mhoo, Mhee, Natty, and my very special gem, Moay. It was difficult driving away with them waving us goodbye. We had a fabulous time at Villa Jasmine. The location, the luxurious property, the amazing staff, who couldn't possibly do more. The food was so good, cooked by the staff that we ate in, as the food couldn't be beaten, it was so special and relaxed. We loved the stay at Villa Jasmine.
We were a party of 2 families each with 3 small kids. In total 10 of us. From booking through checkin, during the stay and check out we were totally taken care of by Brian and his team. The villa is managed day to day by Khun Noi who has 3 staff available for any request. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners were prepared and cooked. In my opinion the food in the villa was as good if not better than anything outside we could have found - the ingredients freshly bought and meals were all our Thai favourites plus some new ones we hadn't tried before. The villa itself is lovely, the location is walkable to Kata Beach and outside the hustle enough to unwind and relax. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the beautiful sunsets with a few drinks after a long day. We cannot recommend this place enough, you won't be disappointed ! Will come back soon I hope!

Furnished and equipped to the highest standard. The pool is so relaxing and to have this just outside your superluxury living area is sheer heaven. The photos you see on the website are actually as it is, no wide angle lens or photo shop. Staff are friendly and efficient, no job too much for them. Brian is the perfect host as well. We were lucky enough to spend 2 weeks at this amazing villa in Phuket recently. Villa Malee has everything you could ever want for a luxury holiday and so much more! Villa Malee staff are fantastic. There is an extensive menu of delicious Thai specialities but they can also make some tasty Western dishes too. Nothing is too much trouble. The four bedrooms are downstairs from the main living area and pool, this means that they keep nice and cool. The raised area above the pool is perfect to sip something chilled as you watch the sun set. It truly is a magical place.

We happily stumbled on the website for Jasmine and its sister house Malee some 13 years ago and it's been our tropical home away from home ever since. We love being able to spread out and have personal space and enjoy eating and drinking at supermarket prices; only we are not the ones doing the shopping or cooking—truly the best of both worlds!
Believe the glowing reviews you read below - it's all true, and yes the house does look like the pictures which is not something that can be said of a lot of accommodation advertised online nowadays.
Brian is a friendly and efficient host to deal with and house manager Khun Noi is a gem who can answer any question, book any trip and solve any problem. The live-in staff keep the villa spotless and can cook the most delicious meals on request.
Having toured Phuket extensively over our many visits we can confirm that Kata really is the ideal location; a quieter “village “ type atmosphere with a truly beautiful beach but yet a short drive to nightlife or the historic old town.

We stayed at villa Jasmine for 6 weeks
A very comfortable house for a long stay. As a family of 5, with 3 children. Our stay was very comfortable, and we felt at home from the beginning. The villa is spacious and very well equipped. The view from the terrace and swimming pool over Kata is very nice. The service from the on-site maid, Mon, and especially from Noi, was excellent. We didn't have access to a washing machine, which would have been helpful while staying for so long. On the other side it's easy to get laundry done outside. In all a very good stay and would highly recommend Villa Jasmine.

Hi Chekib, Great that you and your family enjoyed your long stay in Villa Jasmine. We change all linen, bedding and towels at least every three days, so our washing and drying machines are virtually always in use. Our laundry service does a wonderful job with your laundry returned within 24 hours, washed, dried and carefully pressed for less than 3 US Dollars per kilo - it is fantastic value. Having said that, if I had known you wanted to use the washing machines yourself, I would of course said yes - the message never got to me. I have now told Khun Noi that if guests wish to use the washing machines themselves, they must be permitted to do so!

Our family has had a great six weeks stay in Villa Malee
Thank you very much for your diligence and kindness. We have also warmly thanked the staff, the ladies in the house, the handy man and of course Noi. They are truly helpful, great and nice people.We have really enjoyed our stay, the kids were very happy, and we have had a very nice family time together - some refreshing and enjoyable moments after 2 years of painful Covid background. By the way we have used Five Star Marine for our boat trips, and they were really professional and nice, with a decent price, a great tip from you. Superb Host
Brian is a superb host of two villas, Villa Malee and Villa Jasmine in Kata, Phuket.
From the moment we arrived at Villa Jasmine, we were treated so special by all the staff at the Villa, namely Muay, Mon, Mhoo and Khun Noi the Manager. They were all there to greet us on our arrival.
The villa is set on a hillside; therefore the views are spectacular looking out towards Kata and the sea beyond, with beautiful sunsets on a nighttime.
As the Villa is designed to make the most of these views, the living quarters are all upstairs, with a beautiful infinity pool with Jacuzzi and elephant fountain, leading from every open door to the outside. There is a beautiful sunbathing area with beds and mattresses and umbrellas for shade, and a separate shaded area with seating also. The pool also has a children's pool attached to it, so it is ideal for families with children. There is an outside shower which is very handy and an inside toilet upstairs.
On this same floor was a magnificent kitchen, with everything you could possibly need to cook your own meals, although staff were on hand to do this for you if you so wished. An enormous dining room table was also next to the kitchen, which is perfect for family meals/or get togethers.
Also, on this floor is a large sitting room with two large sofas and what looked like a mini library, with many books that guests could read to pass their time away in absolute tranquility. There was also a large television in this room.
Downstairs, there are four beautiful en-suite bedrooms, each with their own television, leading off from a large entrance hall, absolutely perfect if staying with family, as everyone has their own personal space.
We stayed at the Villa for nearly six weeks, and it was the most relaxing, tranquil place we have ever encountered. Muay and Mon were there in a heartbeat if you needed them and Khun Noi was available 24/7 by phone, if you needed her, which was very reassuring.
Our time at the Villa absolutely flew by. We had our last few days in another hotel before we had to leave for England and were so surprised when Khun Noi arrived at our hotel, wishing us both the best before our return home, but still offering that if we needed any help, she was still there for us on the other end of the phone.
Thanks to Brian and all the staff at Villa Jasmine for making our holiday so perfect and we hope to stay again in the future.

Beautiful, amazing and truly a Zen like place
First of all, I really want to thank you for everything and the five star hospitality at your place. It was an Experience I will never forget. That said I don't know where to begin! So, I'll just start by saying that for me the most beautiful thing was the vibe that your villa offers ! It's a calm and pleasant place ,,, I really love it! Also, I really enjoyed the cooking that the staff did for us it was amazing five star cheffing! We didn't want to leave and truly this experience changed my life perspective forever! Staff !!! Where to begin love love love. So polite and really professional to the maximum! We will be back next year and really hoping to be able to book with you for the whole stay! The stay at the Jasmine villa was nothing short of amazing. With wonderful staff ready to fulfill our needs at the moment's notice, beautiful, clean rooms and private setting. We all felt like in paradise and agreed to stay here again whenever back in Phuket. I can't recommend it enough, LOVED IT!! There was absolutely nothing that we didn't like about our stay at the villa.

There is a team here at Villa Malee who will cater for your every need. Villa Malee is amazing with its beautiful pool made for relaxing if you just don't want to go out. The girls who work at the Villa cleaning, cooking, or shopping for you are 5*+ with the manageress Khun Noi on basically 24hr standby should you need any help with anything. They are just fantastic!! If you're thinking of booking it, don't hesitate just do it, you will not regret it. This is my 17th year coming to Thailand and I have just spent two weeks in Villa Malee. This has been my most memorable trip by far because of these guys. I will be back 100% for real to stay here at this amazing Villa. Brian is also well connected along with Prada to pretty much every golf course on Phuket and has introduced me to some new golfing friends so if golf is your poison, then you are in for a treat. I can't thank the whole team enough for how good they have made my stay here. Thank you all so much.
